The blog is actually my favourite part of TGP (it almost makes me wish I was there...)
I kind of feel like where the project has tried to engage tourists it has been a bit weak. The definate strength of the project is becoming geodecian and having a geodecian experience from the inside.
Not sure about this - I think some of the tourists got something out of it, at least what they wanted.

The blog is actually my favourite part of TGP (it almost makes me wish I was there...) Over 1000 views now! Maybe we could think about what the blog does, and what you can write about on it - so that it doesn't become so quiet just because we're not physically meeting.

Maybe there is scope there then for the application? offering a tourist experience into TGP, with the chance of becoming a geodecian if they want to?

So with Mannheim - where do we go from this discussion - anyone feel like they could make a start on a proposal?

I have only just become aware of it, so will have a good look. I was too engrossed in other work to take it in i guess seems like it is a good place to put stuff. Is it just for stuff directly relating to activities, or can it be a space for reflection?

Not sure it is clear what its function is since we finished the Retreat, where we basically used it as a daily update, account of what had been happening.

I'm happy to contribute to the application, but in the next week or 2 I won't have much time to start it (still unpacking and working a full week next week)

Perhaps people could write about something they've been thinking about or doing that could be relevant, don't know, things like research into utopias, commentaries etc
