What TGP does, does not have to fit into an art context. It would be wonderful to just have a game and a chat of a day on a beach in a park in a house as Geodecians. No track record needed. The projects past has proved that members of the community are more likely to attend something if they are subsidised in some way. I wish it was not like that, but that is the situation / mindset we find our selves in now and this effects the way we approach the project in the way we do. And Finally, Just while I am still thinking about it, the other thing that seems to have been attractive to Geodecians attending outposts in the past has been if they are tied into some other events with a public element so Geodecians can have an iteraction with the public and join in the wider event for some of the time. Such as the Heron Mill, Gala day, DCA opening. So it adds an extra dimention and you could argue distraction to the experience. This you would not get at a simpler gathering, but I am not in anyway arguing against them. I look forward to the dfay when I can attend a Geodecity gathering that has been organised by an non Reactor Geodecian, in an art or non art context. Good night.
