Yes, I remember looking at this site before - are you posting it in relation to content, or in relation to the various parts that make up the site? Does it have a chat part of it, I can't see one...

I wonder where and why they have gone? I pressed f5 about 15 minutes ago and only now have a loaded web page :-P FYI Virgin suck. I'm sorta on second life but don't really know what I'm doing in it. When my net's back up I wouldn't really mind doing meetings there.

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TribewantedVorovoro is an island in the province of Macuata in the Vanua Levu Group of northern Fiji, 40 minutes away from the town of Labasa by boat. The island is run by Tribewanted, a self-described "unique community tourism project"[1] founded by Ben Keene and Mark James (also known as Mark Bowness), which has rented the island for a three-year period starting in September 2006. Up to 5000 people can join an online "tribe" and receive visiting rights to the island in what has been called both "a new Utopia" and "a clever timeshare scheme"[2]. The project places a heavy emphasis on community and sustainability[1], and at the end of the three-year lease period, the island and all the tribe members have built is scheduled to revert to the local Fijian community.[1] The island and the project have received extensive media coverage[3], including a five-part BBC documentary called Paradise or Bust[4].

I thought virgin were supposed to be super fast formio, all futuristic high tech fiber optics, 500megabitspersecond, not of this crumbly copper wire...

I have not joined.
More recently since we started gathering online I remembered about it in relation to how the community was linked via the multi functional website, previously it had come up as a new community movement, utopia reference.
Perhaps if you are a member there are bits of the site that exist for members only, I guess that is where the chat would be rather than being public.

Random, have just fished your reminder out of my spam folder; all your other email go straight to inbox though.. *looks puzzled*

blog post and pics from SL looks good. I think I am going to struggle to get my avatar back to how he was prior to becoming a dragon and then a small black thing and then a card board box robot. I will have to learn how to save my appearances so I can switch more easily.
